What payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

My tires have a lug-nut-key, should I have it ready?

Yes, it is important if you have a lug-nut-key to have it ready for the Tire Switch technician when they arrive.

Will my tires need to already be on rims?

Yes, Tire Switch will only install tires already on rims. We do not balance tires or put tires on rims.

Will Tire Switch come to my work to change my tires?

Yes of course, Tire Switch technicians are fully insured and strive to make your tire change service as convenient as possible. Please make sure to provide a contact number where you can be reached. A Tire Switch technician will need to meet with you upon arrival.

Do all vehicles need to be at the same location to qualify for the 2 or 3 vehicle tire change discount?

Yes, all vehicles need to be at the same booking location and be changed during the same appointment time to qualify for the savings.
